Coffee Farms in Colombia

Colombian coffee farms are usually small, family-run and planted on steep mountain slopes — conditions that make mechanization impossible and selective hand-picking the norm.

Our coffee comes from Hacienda Las Mercedes in Antioquia, at around 5,900 feet, where altitude slows cherry maturation and concentrates sweetness in the bean.
