Short, concentrated and syrupy. The base for lattes and cortados.
V60 · Chemex
Bright and transparent. Every tasting note out in the open.
Immersion
Full body and the natural oils of the bean, in the cup.
Twelve hours, cold water
No bite. Sweet chocolate and caramel.

Our farm
We don't blend anonymous beans from a warehouse. Every bag is traceable to a single farm in the Farallones del Citará — where the Pacific mist meets the Andes, where the cherries are picked red and ripe, by hand, by the same people, season after season.
The ritual
Same bean, four methods, four cups. Every bag ships with a recommended recipe for its profile.
Clean, sweet, almost espresso-soft. Ready in 90 seconds.
