Silver Specialty Coffee: Exoticism and Tropical Sweetness
Coconut · Vanilla · White fruits

Tradition Coffee is our tribute to Antioquia's coffee history. Grown at 5,900 ft at Hacienda Las Mercedes, this washed specialty coffee offers an impeccably clean, bright and deeply aromatic cup — the perfect balance between Colombian tradition and the sophistication of a premium single-farm bean.
Choose it whole bean to grind at home, or pick the exact grind for your brewer — either way it is roasted to order and vacuum-sealed the same day.
What is a washed coffee?
A coffee whose fruit and mucilage are removed before drying, producing the cleanest and brightest cup — the classic Colombian profile.
Is Tradition a good first specialty coffee?
Yes — it is our most approachable cup: familiar enough for drip-coffee drinkers, refined enough to show what single-farm quality means.
Whole bean or ground — which should I pick?
Whole bean if you own a burr grinder (peak freshness); ground if you want convenience with a professional, method-calibrated grind.
Do you ship across the US?
Yes — we ship anywhere in the US. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Order Tradition Coffee today and taste the excellence of Colombian washed coffee, from our hills to your cup.

What drinkers say

How we brew it
Our most versatile coffee: it works in every method, from espresso to French press. On a V60, aim for a 2:30–3:00 minute brew.

Where it grows
Every lot is picked at Hacienda Las Mercedes, our family farm in the Farallones del Citará. The cherries are hand-selected at peak ripeness, then dried slowly on raised beds — the patience is what builds that sweetness in the cup.
