Silver Specialty Coffee: Exoticism and Tropical Sweetness
Coconut · Vanilla · White fruits

Our Bronze Whole Bean Coffee is the most intense expression of our honey process: an extended, controlled maceration that delivers a winey, sweet and deep profile. Whole bean, roasted to order and vacuum-sealed, so you grind at home and capture every nuance of macerated fruit and panela.
The longer the beans ferment in contact with the fruit sugars, the more character they develop. Bronze pushes that window with precision, creating flavors of macerated fruit, raw cane sugar and ripe grape over a juicy, well-structured acidity.
A maceration coffee carries delicate fermentation aromatics that ground coffee surrenders in minutes. Whole bean keeps them for you:

Where it grows
Every lot is picked at Hacienda Las Mercedes, our family farm in the Farallones del Citará. The cherries are hand-selected at peak ripeness, then dried slowly on raised beds — the patience is what builds that sweetness in the cup.
